Noise Insulation Program
Program summary
The Noise Insulation Program is an Australian Government initiative to help reduce the impacts of aircraft overflight noise from Western Sydney International (Nancy‑Bird Walton) Airport (WSI).
The program may provide noise treatment works, at no cost, to eligible homes and other noise‑sensitive buildings within the program eligibility area. Participation in the program is voluntary.
Eligibility area
Applications to the program are open to landowners of eligible residential and non‑residential buildings located within the program eligibility area.
Being located within the eligibility area does not automatically mean a property will receive noise treatment works. All applications are assessed against the Program Guidelines.
